Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Africa: 10–20 business days
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real time.


4. Why is my order taking longer than expected?

International shipping can sometimes experience delays due to customs, weather conditions, or high shipping demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after payment. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible.


6. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days after delivery.
